Urban beach:
Es Grau

This large beach, located 8 kilometers from Maó, is 600 metres long and 35 metres wide.

It is not to be confused with the Albufera des Grau National Park, from which it is separated by a wood.

It is protected by a nearby islet, the illa d'en Colom, and backed by dunes, pines and tamarisk trees.

The sea is very shallow for quite a distance.
