Cala Alcaufar
This quietbeach is 35 metres long and 40 metres wide.
It is 5 kilometers away from Sant Lluís and 2.5 kilometers from the scuba-diving and watersports centre of S'Algar.
As S'Algar has no beach, so you may find some day-trippers coming over by bus.
The beach is a small sheltered inlet with white sand that shelves gently into the Mediterranean sea, making it especially safe for young children.
The village of Alcaufar is the go-to place for families or couples looking for a quiet holiday, yet Es Castell and Maó are close by for a livlier nightlife.
