Natural beach:
Cala Pregonda

Cala Pregonda is located on the central north coast of Menorca between Cala Barril on the west and Binimel-là on the east.

It is 170 metres long and a beach like no other on Menorca:

This unique cove has ...

  • an island in the middle
  • a sandy beach and
  • a clear inviting sea.
Getting there

Go through Es Mercadal and follow the road that leads to Fornells.

About three kilometers before Fornells you'll see a modern roundabout with two dancing figures in the middle. There, turn left.

Follow the small road and leave your vehicle at the neighbouring Binime-là beach.

From there you'll have to walk for about 20 to 30 minutes along a path running a few metres from the coastline. This is a protected area belonging to Menorca‘s Natural Area of Special Interest (which stretches from Ets Alocs to Fornells).

Instead of using the road between Es Mercadal and Fornells, you can also follow a smaller road (the "Tramontana way") from Es Mercadal.
